POSTER BOOTH DESIGN
There are two levels to the design of the poster booths that involve two separate print elements which are the Presentation Poster and the Information Brochure. The Presentation Poster acts as the info hanger at the poster booth. It is suggested that the design of it be kept very simple so that the information on it can be absorbed quickly and even while passing by. To speed up time and to cut to the chase, participating Start-Ups can use the available power template. As an infographic, it includes the following infographic areas:
- The Project Message (Plain language with 1 to 2 sentences about your Start-Up)
- The QR Code Link (Direct link to download you're the Research Groups own info brochure)
- The Ammo Bar (column on the right side with all tables and figures etc. needed to pitch)
- The Silent Presenter Bar (team infos, research info, key milestones, and contact info in short form when you are not present or busy with another client)
The second print element, the Information Brochure is a print document that offers information about the team and the research. It is used to offer extended information about the group and a description of research and the various project the ground is involved with. The brochure might also include any elements that are common to the Start-Ups’ original business plan along with achievements, milestones, investors pitches, and key customers portraits.
